Mrs. Gouin
My name is Lisa Gouin and I am so excited to be teaching Grade 1 & 2 at Turner Valley School for the 2022-23 school year. I live in Calgary with my husband and have two sons, aged 20 & 22. I graduated from the University of Calgary’s Bachelor of Education, Master of Teaching program in April 2011 and began my teaching career as a guest teacher for Foothills School Division that May. At the end of September 2011 I joined the Turner Valley School Staff as a grade one teacher and since then I have taught a variety of grades 1,2, and 3 here at TVS. I love the outdoors and spend much of my free time enjoying the sunshine and gardening. I am an avid reader and one of my favourite things about teaching is the chance to share my love of books with children.
